About

Shlomo Lampert is a social entrepreneur, combat officer, and the Founder and CEO of Osim Shechuna.
Shlomo serves as a combat captain in the Shaldag Air Force commando unit and continues active reserve duty. Driven by a vision of a strong and united Israeli society, he founded Osim Shechuna מתוך a belief that true national strength is built from the ground up—through neighborhoods and communities.

Today, Osim Shechuna is Israel’s national neighborhood movement, active in 20 cities and 40 neighborhoods, with approximately 1,200 local leaders driving real change on the ground.
In 2019, Shlomo was recognized by Forbes as one of Israel’s “30 Under 30,” after leading the mobilization of approximately 400,000 volunteers for agricultural work.
