About

The economic bridge for peace was established by a group of friends who believe in the path of former Member of Knesset and Minister of Communications, lawyer Ayoub Kara, for a comprehensive solution in the Middle East, the Gulf states, and the Islamic world. We believe that true peace is not built solely on the basis of territorial returns and concessions in exchange for peace, but rather on genuine economic, technological, and security cooperation.

Due to our belief in the path of former Member of Knesset and Minister of Communications, lawyer Ayoub Kara, we decided to initiate, independently and without dependence on any political or official entity, to implement that economic cooperation. This is achieved by connecting the desires of private companies, investors, and entrepreneurs who are interested in investing in Israel, and/or in the Middle East, Gulf states, and the Islamic world, and bringing them together at one table to lay a solid foundation for that peace, in order to pave the way for future peace in the region. Mirey Fairstenberg (see details below), the girl who survived the massacre in Ma'alot, joined the initiative due to the commonality between her and former Member of Knesset and Minister of Communications, lawyer Mr. Ayoub Kara, as both lost their families in the war against terror

The Economic Center for Peace has one goal: the continued existence of the State of Israel with dignity and mutual peace with the peoples of the region, irrespective of belief, religion, ethnicity, or nationality, while acknowledging and recognizing Israel as a Jewish and democratic state.

The vision of the economic bridge for peace is to promote the peace process between Israel and its neighbors in the Middle East, including Gulf states and the Islamic world. This peace is built on mutual respect, shared economy, social prosperity, and regional economic growth in all sectors.

In order to actualize this vision, and due to his familiarity and connections in the Arab world, the Gulf states, and the Islamic world, former Member of Knesset and Minister of Communications, lawyer Ayoub Kara, we are working closely with him to:

  • Facilitate meetings between business people from Israel, the Gulf states, and the Islamic world to establish economic connections between initiatives on both sides.
  • Connect Israeli companies and businesspeople with those in the Middle East, Gulf states, and the Islamic world, and also bring Israeli technologies to those countries, including collaboration between these entities without political involvement.
